To keep our customers safe and our service dependable, every Helpr needs to meet a few requirements.

  • Reliable & available

    You must be reliable, punctual, and available for the bookings you confirm.

  • Show up on time

    You must arrive on time and attend every job you accept.

  • A working smartphone

    You must have a working smartphone and be reachable by phone when HireHelpr contacts you.

  • A clean criminal record

    You must have a clean criminal record.

  • Legal right to work

    If you are not South African, you must have a valid work permit, refugee ID, permanent residency, or other legal right to work in South Africa.
