Terms of Service

Helpr is a managed marketplace connecting customers in Gqeberha with verified domestic workers, nannies, and gardeners ("Helpers"). Helpr handles vetting, scheduling, and payment, but the actual cleaning, childcare, or garden work is performed by the Helper as an independent service provider.

You must be 18 or older and reside in our service area (Gqeberha) to book.

Each Helper sets their own rate. Helpr adds a 5% platform fee at checkout. The total shown at booking is the total payable. Cancellation and reschedule rules are shown at request time.

Treat your Helper with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or unsafe conditions will result in account suspension. Helpers must arrive on time, complete agreed work, and respect customer privacy.

Helpr is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not a substitute for household or personal insurance — please maintain your own cover.

You may close your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

South African law applies. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Eastern Cape.
