Can I book once-off, or only recurring?

How far in advance should one book?

1–3 days ahead. If you book less than 24 hours before the visit, your Helpr can only start the day after — we require at least 24 hours' notice.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes — you can request a reschedule for any upcoming visit up to 24 hours before it starts. Pick a new date that suits you and we'll confirm your Helpr's availability before moving the visit; rescheduling is free. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the visit are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the visit will incur a 50% late-cancellation fee.
